Carmelite vocations Co-Ordinator

Picture
The current vocations co-ordinator is Fr. Damian Cassidy. Born in the West Midlands, Damian’s family moved to Kent in 1969. Damian joined the Order in 1996 after a successful career in nursing. After completing studies he has worked in vocation ministry, university chaplaincy, parish and retreat work. He has been involved in chaplaincy in two residential retreat centres for young people. Damian is a member of the Aylesford community.

As vocations co-ordinator Damian is available to accompany you in your prayerful discernment for your future. His role is not about recruitment, but to help and walk with those who wish to invite God into the decision about their future.

Damian is also happy to come and speak to prayer groups and gatherings of young adults to explore prayer, Carmelite spirituality and discernment.

For further information please contact Damian via the contact form or write to him
